Accomplishments

Selected Career Accomplishments and Contractual Studies

 

  • Coordinated the state performance accountability process for Maryland public higher education, including preparation of an annual report for the Governor and the General Assembly

  • Directed the yearly Managing for Results process for the Maryland Higher Education Commission, including the preparation of goals, measurable objectives and performance measures

  • Developed and implemented a model for projecting enrollments at community colleges and public four-year campuses in Maryland

  • Coordinated statewide surveys of community college, bachelor’s and graduate degree recipients in Maryland

  • Played a major role in the development of two statewide plans for Maryland postsecondary education

  • Coordinated the preparation of student learning outcomes assessment reports and minority achievement reports in Maryland
